- Hands-on experience on servers OS – RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu/RHEV
- Problem troubleshooting & Solving skills
- Monitor CPU Usage, Utilization, Reachability, Generate Reports.
- Handle L2 Escalated cases.
- Understanding of virtualization technology Like: VMWare, RHEV And Nutanix.
- Experience in Monitoring tools: Nagios, Icinga etc.
- Understanding on Backup tools- Commvault
- Hands-on experience on storage Systems i.e. SAN/NAS, Net Backup-dell EMC
- Knowledge of CIS Security benchmarks.
- Hands-on experience on UNIX, Shell, Bash Scripting.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools like Service Now.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and Triaging of escalated issues.
- Support peer groups for issues/integrations.
- Perform L2 level assigned tasks/Projects.
- Follow escalation matrix and coordinate with peer teams.
- Coordinate with OEM’s for support.
- Update and work on assigned tickets.
- Prepare Architecture diagrams, Manage repository.
