Lead – Human Resource Management

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Lead Human Resources to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management within the IT industry and possess the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with our company’s strategic goals. As the Lead HR, you will oversee all HR functions, develop HR policies, and create a workplace culture that attracts, retains, and motivates talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related matters.

  • Talent Acquisition and Management:

Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier IT professionals.

Manage employee lifecycle processes, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.

  • Employee Relations and Engagement:

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.

Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.

Develop and implement employee recognition programs to boost morale and productivity.

  • HR Policies and Compliance:

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Ensure the organization’s HR practices are compliant with employment laws and regulations.

Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

  • Performance Metrics and Reporting:

Develop and track key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

Provide regular reports to the executive team on HR activities and progress towards goals.

Utilize data-driven insights to improve HR processes and strategies.


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 6-10 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the IT industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
