Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should know Quote-to-Cash application, including Conga/Apttus CPQ and Conga/Apttus CLM.
- Hands on experience on Conga/Apttus X-Author App.
- Should have knowledge of CPQ, CLM object data model.
- Able to configure Product and pricing setup.
- Hands – on experience in X-Author word template.
- Work with internal customers, cross-functional team members and vendors, manage complex system projects related to the salesforce business processes.
- Do the salesforce configurations, reporting, tests, preparing the change request documents.
- Provide the globally scalable solutions following the salesforce best practices.
- Helps in finding the impact analysis, document the requirements and change request, provide technical solution.
- Conduct client demos, presentations and assist in business development initiatives.
- Ensure developed solutions meet business needs.
Role Requirement:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce business analyst role.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in apttus products like CPQ, CLM, X-Author.
- 4+ years working within all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle and an Agile-driven development environment.
- Excellent knowledge of requirements gathering techniques and ability to run client workshops.
- Excellent analytical skills, as well as accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good and clear communication skills to be able to work productively across onsite/offshore teams.
- Good to have experience in JIRA, ServiceNow, Or any project management tool: MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.
- Project Management experience is a plus.
- Salesforce administrator experience like Salesforce configurations, reports, workflow, flow, process builder, sharing settings, data import, export.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Salesforce certifications (At least one).
