Salesforce – Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal customers, cross-functional team members and vendors, manage complex system projects related to the salesforce business processes.
  • Work closely with the end users and internal team members to deliver solutions that can scale globally.
  • Do the salesforce configurations, reporting, tests, preparing the change request documents.
  • Provide the globally scalable solutions following the salesforce best practices.
  • Helps in finding the impact analysis, document the requirements and change request, provide technical solution. 
  • Conduct client demos, presentations and assist in business development initiatives. 
  • Ensure developed solutions meet business needs.
  • Ensure client satisfaction.

Role requirement:

  • Minimum 4+ years of related salesforce business analyst.
  • 3+ years working within all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle and an Agile-driven development environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of requirements gathering techniques and ability to run client workshops.
  • Excellent Interpersonal, listening, oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, as well as accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in JIRA, Confluence, any project management tool: MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.
  • Project Management experience is a plus.
  • Salesforce administrator experience like Salesforce configurations, reports, workflow, process builder, sharing settings, data import, export.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications (At least one).
