Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Production Planning (PP) Consultant to manage and optimize the SAP PP module. The candidate will be responsible for configuring and customizing the system according to business requirements, ensuring seamless manufacturing and production processes. The role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams and involvement in end-to-end SAP project lifecycles

You should also guide and mentor junior consultants, helping them translate business/functional requirements into clear technical design specifications and documentation.

We value strong problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate across teams, excellent communication, and attention to detail. Prior experience working with multicultural clients and teams across time zones is highly desirable.

• Must-Have Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of production planning, demand management, capacity planning, and MRP..
  • Experience in handling Master Data: BOM, Routing, Work Centers
  • Familiar with production order processing, shop floor control, and batch management.
  • Strong understanding of PP-MRP concepts and integration with MM and SD.

• Good-to-Have Skills:
  • SAP Certification in PP module.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA PP Fiori applications.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PP solutions.
  • Configure SAP PP module components: BOM, Work Centers, Routing, MRP, Planning Strategies, and Production Orders
  • Handle integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and QM.
  • Prepare functional specifications and work closely with the ABAP team for developments
  • Support end-to-end SAP PP implementation, including blueprinting, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
  • Provide ongoing production support and troubleshooting for SAP PP-related issues.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, functional specs, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and reliable SAP PP processes.
