Technical skillset required:
- 5-7 years of core SAP CRM experience along with cross module Integrations
- Must done 2 E2E Implementation including one implementation in SAP Service.
- Good understanding of Service Contracts, Service Order, Service Confirmation, Service Billing, & their relevant business processes in ECC like Logistic & Financial controlling like Cost allocation and revenue recognition
- Complaint & Return Management like RMA, Good Movement & etc.
- Knowledge of SAP Interaction Center & Service Request Management
- Master Data like Install Base, Business Partner, Org Unit & etc.
- Should have work experience with Action profile, PDP, ODD, Pricing Procedure, Text Determination, Item Categories, ERMS & etc.
- Experience in Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing & etc.
- SAP CRM Techno-Functional experience preferred.
- Understanding of user exits and debugging skills preferred.
- Middleware Set Up between CRM & ECC
- Exposure to UI platforms like Fiori, Neptune preferred
- Experience working with business end users, gathering requirements, and building detailed functional design specifications.
- Should contribute to team building measures like Knowledge Management & Mentoring
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficient in MS office tools
- Ability to work with minimum supervision or guidance.
