Senior SAP CRM Functional consultant

Technical skillset required:

  • 5-7 years of core SAP CRM experience along with cross module Integrations
  • Must done 2 E2E Implementation including one implementation in SAP Service.
  • Good understanding of Service Contracts, Service Order, Service Confirmation, Service Billing, & their relevant business processes in ECC like Logistic & Financial controlling like Cost allocation and revenue recognition
  • Complaint & Return Management like RMA, Good Movement & etc.
  • Knowledge of SAP Interaction Center & Service Request Management
  • Master Data like Install Base, Business Partner, Org Unit & etc.
  • Should have work experience with Action profile, PDP, ODD, Pricing Procedure, Text Determination, Item Categories, ERMS & etc.
  • Experience in Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing & etc.
  • SAP CRM Techno-Functional experience preferred.
  • Understanding of user exits and debugging skills preferred. 
  • Middleware Set Up between CRM & ECC
  • Exposure to UI platforms like Fiori, Neptune preferred

Core Responsibilities:

  • Experience working with business end users, gathering requirements, and building detailed functional design specifications.
  • Should contribute to team building measures like Knowledge Management & Mentoring
  • Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficient in MS office tools
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision or guidance.

  2. Have you completed BE, BTech Computer Sc /IT /BSc-MSc IT / BCA / MCA?
  3. Do you have at least 5 years of strong CRM Functional (including ABAP) experience?
  4. Are you OK to work with a US California PST time zone overlap ?
