- 3-6 Years of experience
Experience in designing Workflows, Service Catalogue, Demand Module, Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, KMDB Modules, CSAT etc.
- Expertise in Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Policies, etc. Working with Events and Notifications.
- Exposure in Configuring User accounts, Groups, Roles.
- Exposure of Tables, Table Extension, Relationships and controlling data access using ACL’s
- Experience in Data Import, Import Sets and Transform Maps. User imports from LDAP.
- Experience in Test Case Design, Planning and Development, GUI Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, Functional Testing, Performance Testing, Service Now ATF(Automated Test Framework).
- Knowledge of ITIL Process Configuration like Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service CatLog, and SLA in ServiceNow.
- “Can Do” attitude.
- Excellent Communication skills.
Desirable skills –
- Certification in ServiceNow Application Development (CAD)
- Should have good written & communication skills with Fluency in English.
- Education: Any Graduate, B.E. preferred.
- Shall be ready to work in different shifts.
