Position : Talent Acquisition Executive

Location : Vadodara, Gujarat (On-Site)

Principal Accountabilities:

The Recruiter is responsible for: from sourcing candidates to onboarding hires, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent. This role focuses on finding the right candidates for various positions, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, and delivering an exceptional hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Actively source potential candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screening and Selection: Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Recruitment Operations:Manage job postings across various platforms to maximize visibility. Ensure timely follow-up and communication with candidates at all stages of the hiring process.Facilitate background checks and reference verifications as needed.
  • HR Team Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market trends.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Prepare regular reports on hiring metrics, such as time-to-hire and sourcing effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment platforms.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific hiring practices.
