Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects, with interdependencies in a fast-paced, high energy environment.
High energy attitude with a desire to ‘Get Stuff Done’
Schedule recurring internal and customer facing meetings as needed during project implementation to review and monitor project goals and status.
Prepare Project Status Dashboard and publish to stakeholders.
Ensure that committed timelines are being met and milestones getting achieved.
Hands-on experience on project management methodology, tools & techniques.
Identify Projects risks & plan for mitigation.
Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).
Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
Acts as a liaison between multiple teams spread across the locations.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirement:
Requires a Bachelors or Master’s degree and 7+ years of experience
4-6+ years of experience in managing IT infrastructure projects.
Comfortable to work in US Time Shift.
Working knowledge of some: Windows/Linux/Virtualization, Microsoft Active Directory, O365, SQL servers, Windows servers and clients, Windows OS Upgrades, NAS/SAN Storage, Data, networking, Cloud, Cisco, Security, VMWare.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage a team effectively.
Proven experience in managing multiple, concurrent, technical projects
Be communicative and social, assertive and enthusiastic
Adaptability to work in rotational shifts if needed
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Professional Certifications, such as: ITIL, PRINCE2 or PMP.
