Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and hands-on HR professional to own end-to-end Talent Acquisition (70%) along with HR Operations (30%) for our growing team at Si2 Technologies.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building talent pipelines, partnering with business leaders, and contributing to scalable HR processes in a fast-paced IT services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (70%) – Build & Drive Hiring Excellence
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding across technical and non-technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, project needs, and skill expectations
- Design and execute hiring strategies for:
- Lateral hiring
- Bulk hiring
- Niche/critical tech roles
- Source candidates through multiple channels:
- LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals
- Employee referrals
- Social media and professional networks
- Conduct initial screening and evaluation to ensure quality shortlisting
- Drive interview coordination and candidate experience end-to-end
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and closures
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
- Track and improve key hiring metrics:
- Time-to-hire
- Offer-to-join ratio
- Quality of hire
- Contribute to employer branding, campus hiring, and recruitment drives
HR Operations (30%) – Enable Smooth Employee Lifecycle
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction processes
- Maintain employee records in HRMS/ATS systems
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave tracking
- Assist in policy implementation, compliance, and HR audits
- Handle employee queries and support basic grievance resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Admin, Delivery) for HR activities
- Manage background verification and reference checks
Data, Reporting & Process Improvement
- Maintain accurate data in ATS/HRMS systems
- Generate dashboards and reports on:
- Hiring performance
- Sourcing effectiveness
- HR operational metrics
- Continuously improve recruitment and HR processes for efficiency and scalability
Must Have Skills
- Strong experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition (IT Services Hiring)
- Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with:
- ATS / HRMS Tools
- Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to meet hiring targets
- Highly organized with attention to detail
Good To Have Skills
- Experience in bulk and niche hiring
- Exposure to HRMS/ERP systems
- Understanding of industry hiring trends and best practices
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
