Job Description:

The SAP Finance Analyst (Treasury) will play a critical role within the global IT Transformation organization, providing expert-level support for S/4HANA Finance, Treasury, and Risk Management. This role focuses on process optimization, system enhancements, and enabling scalable finance capabilities across the enterprise.

The SAP Finance Analyst will partner closely with Finance stakeholders, business process owners, and the IT Applications Leader to deliver high‑quality solutions within SAP S/4HANA Treasury modules. The ideal candidate brings deep functional experience, strong analytical capabilities, and hands‑on expertise, driving improvements in a global environment.

Must Have Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in SAP Finance, with at least 5 years specializing in Treasury & Risk Management
• Strong hands‑on experience with S/4HANA Finance (Treasury)
• Integration knowledge with external banking platforms via SAP MBC
• Deep expertise in:
  • Cash & Liquidity Management
  • Bank Communication Management
  • In‑House Cash
  • Risk Management
  • Transaction Manager
• Ability to work PST hours
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and functional design skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with Finance leadership

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience in Central Finance
• Exposure to SAP BTP, SAP Fiori apps for Treasury
• Experience leveraging AI/ML‑driven tools for process automation within SAP Finance
• Understanding of predictive analytics for cash forecasting or liquidity optimization
• Familiarity with AI‑based anomaly detection for treasury transactions

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert functional support for SAP S/4HANA Treasury & Risk Management, including Cash Management, In‑House Cash, Bank Account Management, and Transaction Manager.
• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of Treasury process enhancements.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive long‑term fixes.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and cross‑functional teams in India/Mexico/USA to support global operations.
• Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects in Treasury areas.
• Work with technical teams to deploy improvements using best practices.
• Ensure compliance with audit, risk, and control requirements for Treasury operations.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end Treasury activities.
• Contribute to optimization efforts, automation, and new capability enablement.
• Participate in projects, system upgrades, and S/4HANA innovation cycles.

Work Experience:

• 7–10 years of total SAP Finance- Treasury experience
• Proven track record of supporting global SAP implementations and enhancements
• Prior experience working in large‑scale enterprise environments
• Experience supporting business users in multiple geographies and time zones
