Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO professional with strong domain expertise in finance, accounting, and costing, preferably within manufacturing environments. The candidate should have hands-on experience across core FICO areas including GL, AR, AP, asset accounting, and integrations with modules like MM, SD, and PS, along and TRM module with exposure to interfaces such as Banking, Salesforce, or similar applications. The role requires involvement in full lifecycle implementations and production support for global clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Must Have Skills:

• In depth domain & business process experience in finance/accounts/audit/costing preferably in manufacturing organizations. (at least 3 years)
• GL, AR, AP, Banking, Asset Accounting (including CAPEX with Budgeting), Tax Accounting, Credit management & Integration with MM, SD and PS modules
• SAP TRM module
• Working knowledge on Standard Costing, Account Based CO-PA and Allocation Cycles
• Worked on at least any 3 of interface with Banks, Salesforce, Ariba or Coupa, Vertex, Concur, EDW or similar such applications
• At least 1 full life cycle implementations / Rollouts + at least one Prod support experience in FICO with a global client

Good to Have Skills:

• Accrual Engine
• RAR
• Standard and Actual Costing with Material Ledger, Account Based CO-PA and Allocation Cycles
• Integration with Cash and Collection Apps like High Radius and AI tools like Xelix for App
• Developments related to Workflows

Key Responsibilities:

• We are specially looking for candidates who have an aptitude to learn on the job and meet the deliverables on any new areas that may come up during client business.
• Should create and translate business/ functional requirements into clear Functional specifications documents, indicate technical design specifications, be able to guide / handhold client users for UAT, can mentor junior consultants.
• Should be confident of his strengths in problem solving, collaborating with others, good communication skills and attention to detail preferably having experience of working with multicultural MNC clients and multiple teams in different time zones.
