Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and deliver IT Infrastructure projects, enhancements, and implementations. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams (including Windows, Linux, Network, Security) and business managers — to ensure seamless execution of projects and ongoing operational excellence.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in planning, scheduling, and managing infrastructure tasks such as server patching, upgrades, and system migrations, along with strong analytical and process improvement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute IT Infrastructure projects including system upgrades, server patching, migrations, and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business teams and technical teams — Windows, Linux, Network, NOC, Automation, and JAMF — to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Create dashboards and operational reports to track progress, resource utilization, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Streamline IT Infra processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with industry best practices and ITIL standards.
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operations and service improvement plans.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement areas within IT Infrastructure operations.
- Drive process improvement plans.
- Maintain project documentation, status updates, and performance metrics for leadership review.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and IT governance frameworks.
Must Have Skills:
- Proven experience in planning, scheduling and execution of IT Infrastructure projects. Efficient in coordinating between various stakeholders, understanding the business needs and able to add value.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server, Linux Systems, Network Operations, and Endpoint Management (JAMF or Intune).
- Hands-on experience with server patching, version upgrades, and system migrations tasks.
- Proficiency in creating dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or ITSM platforms.
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Strong project planning, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
Good To Have Skills:
- Exposure to automation tools or scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Ansible).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of cybersecurity and compliance within IT Infrastructure.
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools used by NOC teams.
- Vendor coordination and SLA management experience.
Certifications (Preferred but not Mandatory):
- PMP®, PRINCE2, ITIL Foundation, or Agile Scrum Master
