Job Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber Chief of Staff to the CEO to serve as a strategic partner, operator, and leadership multiplier to the CEO.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership enablement, driving the company’s most critical priorities across business units, technology functions, and growth initiatives.
The Chief of Staff will operate as an extension of the CEO, ensuring clarity of direction, rigor in execution, and alignment across the organization—while simultaneously building leadership capability and shaping organizational culture.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role designed as a leadership pipeline position, with direct mentorship from the CEO and exposure to enterprise-wide decision-making and to prepare for executive leadership responsibilities including potential succession into the CEO role.
What You Will Do
1. Drive Strategic Priorities
- Translate the CEO’s vision into clear, executable strategic initiatives
- Lead and track enterprise-wide priorities, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes
- Support long-term growth strategy including market expansion, partnerships, and new service development
2. Act as a Force Multiplier for the CEO
- Operate as a trusted advisor and sounding board on business-critical decisions
- Structure complex problems and provide data-driven insights for executive decision-making
- Prepare high-quality executive communication, including strategy decks, and business reviews
3. Build Organizational Capability
- Mentor and coach emerging leaders and high-potential talent
- Support development of a strong leadership pipeline aligned with business growth
- Foster a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and high performance
4. Strengthen Culture & Team Cohesion
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, collaboration, and organizational alignment
- Act as a bridge between leadership and teams, ensuring clarity, trust, and communication
- Embed a people-first, performance-driven culture
5. Enable Leadership Effectiveness
- Partner with functional leaders to improve decision quality, prioritization, and execution discipline
- Drive alignment, accountability, and transparency across leadership teams
- Facilitate leadership forums, strategic reviews, and cross-functional governance
6. Lead Cross-Functional Execution
- Oversee high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across technology, consulting, operations, and business teams
- Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Strengthen PMO governance for enterprise-scale programs
7. Drive Operational Excellence
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and execution rigor
- Support design of organizational structures, governance frameworks, and operating models
- Enable the organization to scale effectively across global delivery and service lines
Technology Orientation (Leadership-Level Expectation)
The role requires strong technology awareness and business understanding, enabling effective collaboration with engineering and delivery teams.
- Broad understanding of enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
- Familiarity with cloud ecosystems and managed services models
- Awareness of cybersecurity, governance, and risk frameworks
- Understanding of Agile, DevOps, and digital product delivery models
- Ability to leverage data, analytics, and AI-driven insights for business decisions
