Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and versatile SAP Lead to oversee our Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules. You will act as the primary functional bridge between business stakeholders and IT, driving design, configuration, and continuous optimization across SAP Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP). This is a client facing role with team leading experience.

Must Have Skills:

• Multi-Module Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of functional consultants. Oversee end-to-end integration mapping between MM (Procure-to-Pay), SD (Order-to-Cash), and PP (Discrete/Repetitive Manufacturing).
• Business Blueprinting & Design: Conduct workshops to gather business requirements, translate them into Functional Specifications, and map system solutions to complex manufacturing processes.
• Module Configuration:
  • MM: Configure master data, purchasing, inventory management, material valuation, and release strategies.
  • SD: Configure sales order types, pricing procedures, shipping, and billing processes.

• PP: Design Bill of Materials (BOMs), routings, work centres, MRP, and Capacity Planning.
• Cross-Module Integration: Ensure seamless data flow between MM, SD, PP-QM.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), unit testing, and integration testing for new enhancements and upgrades.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Troubleshoot complex system anomalies, debug functional roadblocks, and guide the development/ABAP teams in creating custom RICEF objects.
• User Training & Change Management: Create training manuals and lead knowledge transfer sessions for business power users and end-users.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain

Management, or a related field.

• Experience: 7+ years of hands-on SAP configuration experience, specifically functioning as a lead in multi-module landscapes.
• Implementation History: Must have delivered at least 1 full life-cycle implementation in SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Soft Skills: Good communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
