Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate SAP FICO Consultant with 1–3 years of experience to support SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) business processes. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of accounting and finance operations, good analytical skills, and hands-on experience in SAP support or as an SAP end user. This role involves user support, business analysis, testing, documentation, and process improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP FICO business processes and resolve user issues.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities in SAP.
• Assist in testing system enhancements, bug fixes, and configuration changes.
• Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and enhancement implementation.
• Gather business requirements from finance stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides.
• Conduct user training sessions and support knowledge transfer activities.
• Participate in UAT, regression testing, and rollout activities.

Must-Have Skills

SAP & Finance Knowledge

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP FICO modules.
• Experience as an SAP End User or SAP Support Consultant.
• Understanding of:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Bank Accounting
  • Asset Accounting
  • Cost Center Accounting
  • Internal Orders
  • Financial Reporting

Functional & Analytical Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good understanding of finance and accounting business processes.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
• SAP FICO Certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of Indian taxation processes such as GST and TDS.
• Experience in finance/accounting operations.

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in SAP FICO support, consulting, or end-user roles.
• B. Com / M. Com or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.
• Candidates based in Vadodara or willing to relocate/work from the Vadodara office will be preferred.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in SAP consulting.
