Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with 6–8 years of proven expertise in gathering business requirements, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, and acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, along with hands-on experience in business process analysis, solution design, thorough documentation, and end-to-end implementation. This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative mindset, and the ability to translate complex business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.

Experience:

• Apttus CPQ/CLM solutions is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work across technical and business teams are critical to success in this role.

Must Have Skills:

• Worked on minimum one Greenfield project.
•  Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
•  Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
•  Partner with Salesforce Architects and Developers to design and deliver scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
• Work with customer, cross-functional team members and vendors, manage complex system projects related to the salesforce business processes. 
• Solid understanding of Data Modelling, Workflows, Automation (Flow/Process Builder), and Reporting in Salesforce.
• Should be able to do Salesforce Configurations & Admin tasks (e.g. Creating Object & Fields, Workflow, Flow, Permission Set).
• Should be able to perform Data Export & Data load activities using Data Loader or similar tool.
• Must be good at communication & able to conduct client demos, presentations and assist in business development initiatives. 
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Provide the globally scalable solutions following the salesforce best practices. 
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by defining test cases, validating outcomes, and ensuring stakeholder sign-off.

Good-to-have Skills:

• Experience of Quote-to-Cash application, including Conga/Apttus CPQ and Conga/Apttus CLM.  
• Experience of Partner Communities.
• Experience of working on Sales, Service & Field Service Cloud.
• Good to have experience in JIRA, ServiceNow, Or any project management tool: MS Project, Smartsheet, etc. 
• Project Management experience is a plus.
• Preferred the capability of initiating a greenfield Salesforce project from the ground up and developing the complete solution independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Requirement Gathering Call with End User.
• Work with Solution Architect to come up with Design & Solution.
• Create Functional Design Document.
• Work closely with Developer to implement solution.
• Perform Unit Testing & Creating Test Script for End User.
• Coordinate with quality assurance and regression teams to support testing efforts.
• Get your solution reviewed & tested by End User & Get Approval for Production Deployment.
• Work with Developer & Release Management team to deployment to Production.
• Should be able to work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks.

• Conga CPQ/CLM
• Salesforce CPQ

Salesforce Administrator Certification and Salesforce Business Analyst Certification is mandatory.
