SAP Project Manager

Job Description:

  • Manages major and complex assignments, projects and/or operations, in keeping with the requirements and objectives set.
  • Provide Functional expertise in SAP Modules.
  • Directs or supervises one or more major projects/operations, at divisional or departmental level.
  • Define a solution (approach and schedule, roles and accountabilities, deliverables, resources, etc.).
  • Oversees performance, ensuring compliance with commitments and customer satisfaction.
  • Manages a long-term high-level customer relation, supports customer needs over and above their scope.
  • key player in the pre-sales process, has good command of the customer environment and relationship Position.
  • Ensures compliance with contractual commitments and the application of quality and security processes in their domain.
  • Take control of running projects and able to connect with people.
  • Ability to know in & out of the project very quickly.
  • Contributes to negotiations and possible additional requests.
  • Identifies and manages alerts at management level; Manages reporting tasks for their entity; Identifies and controls risks.
  • Responsible in their domain for organising assignments or projects, teams as well as staffing optimization.
  • Proposes innovative solutions to solve the problems; Contributes, where relevant, to external communication (points of view and awareness operations) in their domain
  • Takes data driven constructive decisions to meet business objectives; Demonstrates end to end ownership and accountability; Is open to feedback.
  • Manages and/or participates in leading the community while helping to create a positive and motivating environment; Promotes the Group’s values and fundamentals.

Candidate Profile

  • Established ability to perform the project steering function.
  • Good command of complex interpersonal environments
  • Good command of customer business and environment challenges
  • Understands the technical architecture of a project.
  • Good command of the impacts of agility
  • Good command of and the ability to transfer best practices in motivational management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing several complex projects/ operations.
  • Good command of the overall aspects of the project steering function
  • Strong experience in Solutioning in SAP domain as a functional expert
