Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
Extensive experience in the design of local area, wide area networks and Cloud integration. Complexity of projects ranges from simple projects with minimal risks/ uncertainty to medium level projects with some high impact risks and multiple project variables with uncertainty.
Strong knowledge & Hands-on on ITSM Processes.
Excellent understanding of networking technologies, Server Compute( Windows, Redhat, Ubuntu), Storage & Backup.
Experience with data centre design, security principles, computing infrastructure.
Must be flexible with working hours, as there is a periodic requirement to work long hours in the field to handle critical issues/Business requirement..
Must have experience working in an enterprise Datacenter environment.
Strong experience building and maintaining VPN networks to support Remote user connectivity including integration into Multi-factor authentication solutions.
Must have the ability to communicate confidently and directly with executive stakeholders as well as end-client technical teams.
Understanding of Critical Incident management, RCA’s , Reporting & Dashboarding.
Clear understanding of SLA driven model.
